Custom Donut Orders

We can craft custom donuts for your special occasion.

Please note that our minimum for custom orders is 3 dozen donuts. Please see terms below. 

For orders of fewer than 3 dozen donuts, we encourage you to select your donuts out of the 18 varieties we offer daily!

Additional toppings can be added on Ultra Tier Donuts, including our house-made cookie dough. Additional ingredients (ie: store-bought Oreo cookies, specific candies) can be requested. Depending on quantity and market pricing, these could result in additional cost to purchase the ingredients.

Order details:
Please explain your request in as much detail as possible, including the date for pick-up of your order! If you would like to order something that is not currently on our menu, while we try our best to accommodate this, it isn't always possible. Note: additional charges may apply as we would need to source specific ingredients for your order, including custom colours. Additional time may be required to source ingredients for your order. If choosing custom ingredients not listed, please send us your order details 2-3 weeks prior to pick-up.

Orders including only flavour options listed in the table above must be placed at least 2 days prior to pickup. Please allow us as much time as possible to prepare for your order by placing your order in advance.

Payment:
Payment must be received by 9am two days before pickup. If custom ingredients are requested, payment must be received prior to moving forward.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once started. This includes purchasing /making any custom ingredients. If no custom ingredients are required, an order can be cancelled no later than 9am the day before scheduled for pickup.
